Me
I am a designer and freelance pedantic writer.
I have been drawing and making art since I was three. I went to design school after journalism school. I worked for a newspaper, a furniture designer, an architecture firm, and an interaction design firm. For a while, I was a painfully slow, perfectionist barista.
What I Do
I am employed by folks I greatly admire at People of Resource.
Lately, I’ve been working on projects on behalf of Armchair, Coca-Cola, Sean Renner, and Yellawood.

This Site
This website is designed around digital readymades - free products that live on the internet. In this instance, I’m using three Tumblr blogs set side by side to manage content about myself, my work, and my interests.
I came up with the concept and design. Ted Ullrich and Nate Steiner wrote the code and taught me new things. Emily Dryden took the photograph of me.
This is my fourth try at making a personal website for myself. The third looked like this. The second, like this. The first one was like this.
